Jeep Cherokee Dana 30 Build

This project marked my first complete axle build, requiring careful attention to detail and hands-on problem solving. I fully disassembled the axle and upgraded it with numerous performance enhancements, including axle sleeves, steering knuckles for larger-diameter rotors, reinforced mounts, a full welded truss, and additional components to support a long-arm suspension setup. The axle was professionally sandblasted for paint prep, but all other work was completed by me. This is my personal Jeep from high school, which I continue to upgrade and refine over time.
